Eligible dollars include, with respect to completed hotel bookings, the base hotel rate is the cost of the hotel room charged at the time of booking or upon checkout but excludes taxes and fees, gratuities, room service and other incidental charges. Any booking which is paid for or reduced by redeeming miles is not eligible to earn any miles, despite the amount paid for with money.

 

General: Miles can only be credited to the SkyMiles Member if the name on the booking matches the name of the SkyMiles account provided. Miles will not be awarded for cancelled, no-show, or unpaid reservations. SkyMiles number must be provided at the time of booking. Only one SkyMiles number can be provided per booking. Please allow up to 8 weeks after completion of an eligible stay for Miles to be deposited in the SkyMiles account provided. Requests for mileage credit will be accepted up to 9 months from the checkout date of a stay. Bookings completed prior to enrollment into SkyMiles will not be eligible for mileage credit.
